THE FOUNDER

 

 

 

Noreen Viardo is a degree holder of Hotel and Restaurant Management where she has learned how important treating your customers are in any business’ success. Having interacted with different types of customers and clients, made her sensitive to responding to customer cues: learning to adapt and anticipate their needs to create that sensory experience and create a memorable social interaction.

 

 

 

She has worked with some of the Top Fortune 500 Companies and has extensive experience in Financial Services, Collections, Customer Service, Retention, and Sales for the past fifteen years. Her in-depth knowledge in these fields gave her the necessary skills to exceed in her career. She is unfailingly optimistic in every customer interaction and touchpoint, building a space for communication where the other party would feel the warmth of her sincerity, providing conversations expressive of the brand’s voice; thereby building great connections with her client, colleagues, and customers. Her freelancing journey started in the year 2020; from a cold caller, she is now a Team Manager/ Acquisitions Specialist for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant Agency. She has worked with Realtors, Investors, and Wholesalers, giving her a better understanding of the Real Estate Market in the US. Freelancing has opened her eyes to the boundless opportunities available in this industry, and the potential of everyone to create a career out of it thus she has founded “Pulse Media Marketing.”
